Tibetan Terriers

Am I right in saying that there's just the one Tibetan Terrier club in Ireland? I'm not sure if they're still active (found the contact on the IKC site but haven't heard back from them). New to dog ownership so I'm assuming this is the way to go about it, i.e. using the listing on IKC? Thanks.
