Hello. Hoping someone can help or advise please. If I am on job seekers allowance after back to work enterprise am I entitled to get fuel allowance or does my claim start from scratch ? I had fuel allowance while on BTWEA but business didn't earn enough and had to apply for JSA. I asked and said did I have to reapply for fuel allowance and was told no because it will link , which it didn't. Sent in a form over 2 weeks ago which was never received but am now being told I am only 206 days instead of the 312 you need to qualify for fuel allowance ? TIA
