DIY Battery order

I just received my order of 16PCS Lifepo4 3.2V 200AH from AliExpress OYE this morning. The order was placed last June and delivery took just over three months. The batteries as I understand should be brand new, however, what I received is heavily marked. I wanted to confirm with others that have placed

orders to see if their batteries arrived in a similar state, or if I was just very unlucky.

From the photos you will see that

    1) he bottom of the case of each battery has marks and in some cases dents.

    2) the side photo will show some bulging in a few batteries

    3) quite a lot of dirt in the edges of the casing, with also want appear to be used / dirty terminals.

Would I be correct in thinking that this is grounds for a complaint?

My advise would be to request a refund asap.

I ordered 32 cell pack from PWOD and they are definitely used cells. Way down on capacity.

May I ask if the battery cells you received are new? I'm unsure if your comment is related to your cells or mine.

I got a reply from the store. Its a clear indication that you should not buy anything from OYE Store
