    Apologies if in the wrong place but can anyone tell me if Irish Water are still installing water meters?

    In in Donegal and I haven't seen or heard of them fitting meters for the last few years.

    If it's a new connection, you have to have a water meter added.

    We had one installed in a new build, then the council paved over it when chipping the road outside.

    The Irish water fiasco lives on.
