Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Exempt from RPZ question?

We moved out of our home house & put it up for rent in December 2019 at a cheap rent. The RPZ was announced the week after. The property is in a rent pressure zone.

We haven’t increased the rent since tenancy commenced.

Can anyone clarify if I am exempt from the RPZ rent increases as the property was not rented for 2 years prior to the tenancy commencing? I’m finding details on the PRB website confusing.

RPZ applies. The property must be out of the rental market for 2 years AFTER the last time it was rented, before you escape the RPZ rules.
