My host webmail

Currently using myhost.ie webmail to send emails - invoices and statements from our accounts package TAS Books V5. Previously used GMAIL but been unable to send these from gmail since June.

Myhost webmail is not retaining a copy of the invoices/statements in "sent" folder the way gmail would have. Is there a way to fix this. Normal emails written and sent from myhost are being retained.

Due to broadband issues it is not possible to upgrade to cloud package.

Switch back to Gmail

Google how to setup 2fa in Gmail

Add a few phone numbers and the authentication app Incase you lose access to one

In Gmail settings Make an app password and highlight and copy it, the option is under the setting for 2fa

Add your Gmail in sage again but don't use the Gmail password, use the app password just paste it
