Need a new gas heating unit for radiators and water

Have bought an apartment with a viessmann vitopend 100 gas heater and it needs replacing. Pump is bet according to the plumber.

I wasn’t happy with the current arrangement of the heating anyway as I can only get hot water when I have the heater on.

I want hot or at least not cold water in the taps at all times. I guess in Ireland this is the immersion or hot press?

the apartment has 9 radiators, a shower and a bath and is 150 odd m2 so…

so can an expert help with these questions?

what’s a good gas heater recommendation given my apartments size?

what needs to be installed to store hot water and what does it cost or what issues needs to be considered when taking this option?

I don’t live in Ireland and don’t speak the local lingo and not many plumbers speak English so looking elsewhere for a steer.
