    They are a tout company that have been caught and sanctioned a few times for it. Just this morning, I see a news report that Rammstein or whatever they are called, has got a court order to prevent them trying to sell their tickets.

    People will say they dont tout, they just provide the platform, it is the sellers, but they are complicit and everyone knows it.
