Moving underfloor heating manifold - risky?

To make room for a door as part of a new extension, I'd need move an underfloor heating manifold by ~1m. The builder and plumber have noted it's doable but it's obviously a decent chunk of work (need to dig the concrete etc), I'm trying to gauge longer term if it'd likely be a source of problems down the line?

It's water based, 4 zone system so it'd mean 8 pipes including the returns would likely need to be dug out and/or joints added below ground.

Anyone have an experience with moving the UFH manifolds?

Can they retain access to the joints afterwards or will these be fully encased in concrete?

Plumber initially noted that they'd be encased in concrete.
