5G home broadband keeps dropping ?

Hi I’m getting good speeds but my Three 5G home broadband keeps dropping. I’m a new customer, just got it yesterday. any ideas on what might be causing this as the signal strength on the modem is showing all green lights? thabsk

What device are you using?was it the expert installation with zte outdoor unit?
