You'd need to start with a destrat pump on your cylinder at a minimum. The house heating heats the tank through a coil at the bottom of your cylinder (it doesn't actually mix), which is below your immersion and would be cold therefore.

Look, this isn't a responsible use of energy. It's bordering on ludicrous to think that "free weekends" means that you should almost try boiling the ocean by using grid-power and a small contribution from solar in a hot-tank to heat rads. By all means use the free weekend power to get more done around the house - such as washes or some drying, or even heat the hot-water up to the max, but this is taking it a step far!

Just get an oil rad on wheels and move the heat around with you. Far more effective I say!

Electrolyse a load of hydrogen on free day and burn it for the rest of the week

Just get a couple of cheap fan heaters and run them up to you 'free' (nothing is free) limit on the Saturday.

You can't heat a house at these latitudes with solar at anytime when you need to heat a house.

The was not my question, so please mind your own business. I shall do precisely what I want in my house.

And keep the oxygen and hydrogen gasses separate - you don't want that stuff mixing, even in a pipe.
