Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I'm a new arrival in Ireland and need a knee replacement.

    Can anyone recommend a good specialist knee surgeon in the north of the island (including Northern Ireland) who does private work?

    yeah, but it won't cover me and the knee won't wait for years for the HSE to sort me. I'll just have to grit my teeth and cough up..... :-(
