Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I can't seem to find this info exactly ... If you are renting a property for a certain price and you reduce the rent for the tenants, does that mean if they choose to end their tenancy in a year or two and you look for new tenants you're stuck with the reduced rent plus 2 percent or can it be the original rent?

You are stuck with the reduced rent. You will not do yourself any favours by reducing the rent.
