Does anybody know what a charge for 'payment deferment risk' added to duties on a delivery from DHL Express is for? I have emailed a query but I am still waiting for a reply four days later. I am annoyed as they didn't even deliver the parcel due to their driver not doing his job properly and lying about it, and meant I had to walk for 40 minutes to collect it, when it had cost 19e for delivery and 14e for this payment deferment risk, (duties are unavoidable obviously.)
