So I got an email today that my Learner Permit is due to expire soon in November, now because of covid this will be my 3rd Learner Permit, it says "NOTE: If applying for a third or subsequent learner permit, you must have made an application for a driving test or you must have taken and failed a driving test in the previous two years."

So my question is how do they expect me to sit a test when I havent done much driving at all in the past 2 years? What are my options? Can I book a driving test & not show up? Seriously confused.

It's adequate to show that you have applied for a test.
