Ran the Griffith Mile today and managed to finish it. Is the presence of Sanctuary Runners at running events and parkrun weaponising running as a political tool? What happens if Enoch Burke and his family all turn up in t-shirts at Parkrun in Mayo? Is this allowed?

Sanctuary runners are non political, concentrating on humanitarianism, solidarity and positive action. The beneficial impact of physical exercise and the normality brought by running shoulder-to-shoulder with others helps asylum seekers and Irish runners alike.

Regarding parkrun, I think nearly everyone wears t-shirts, so I can't imagine what the second part of your post is about.
