Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problems removing Kaspersky from computer

    Hello all,

    I had Kaspersky security system on my computer and decided not to renew it. They have instructions on cancelling but I have attempted numerous times to uninstall it and keep getting message saying that my email is not recognised. This despite Kaspersky having sent many emails to me over the years.

    Is there an representative office in Ireland that I can contact to discontinue the auto renewal?

    I note that it keeps referencing Digital River in Ireland, but that website doesn't list an email address or phone number.
