    I have some ankle and knee issues but i had PRP Injections in my knee that helped a bit as my knee would buckle randomly as i have less than normal amounts of protective cartlidge.. Tgis would cause sharp pain and hyperextension to happens sometimes so o coupdnt run. I really want to get into running more but its holding me back. Any info would be greatly appreciated. After the prp I was running 100km total slowly each month last year all summer built up from c25k then c210k..Now two 5ks a week hurt and I attempted a long run last week and again my knee hyper extended and now I'm limping.

    Anyone ever get PRP in injections. Or try stem cell therapy? They don't think it's arthritis but my knee sound sounds like a bag of gravel. Cheers
