Portable studio light kit for someone starting out

Hi, Can anyone recommended a studio light kit for someone starting out in photography. I’m looking for constant lights not flashes. I’ve no idea how much something like this will cost but I like value for money.

Now there are king of old, however it's a great build.
Not sure when you'll find it on site.
You can try also adverts.ie for some used ones.

If you're interested I have studio lights compact 300 (x3) with diffusers, umbrella.....also plain white umbrellas and background stand. Excellent condition. Based in Naas. Don't want to dump them so will offer them all for €60 instead of €120. See details below
