The car appears to be in great shape, just the rear left bumper has some deep scratches and its advertise as 'Like a new car inside and out'.

Should i look for a discount or ask it to be fixed?

Bit late asking for anything now, you've already agreed to pay the asking.

How old is the car? Dealer might not have had the money in the deal to fix it if they are a small dealer, would also depend if its painted or just bare plastic. No harm in asking for it to be fixed or at least polished up

Is the car priced accordingly or do you feel you could go elsewhere and get a similar car in better condition? As above what year is the car? And you should have mentioned the bumper being fixed as a condition of the sale while leaving a deposit.

You could ask them is it being repaired considering they described it as new

How old is the car? How much? Is there any damage behind the bumper or is it just a deep scratch ? Is the price of the car about right for the current market ?
