What are your suggestions for a 3 bed(almost same price) house in Graydon, Newcastle vs Tandys Lane Lucan. I know this has been discussed before, looking for suggestions considering more amenities coming up in Newcastle and overly crowded areas leading to shortage of amenities in Lucan.
