vodafone esim

    does any one purchased vodafone esim recently?

    i am able to order through their website but no email received. customer service asking me to attend vodafone store. I went to the local vodafone store but they are saying they don't do esim since last November.

    The store is wrong. I got my sim changed to an esim in a Voadafone store a few months ago so they do definitely do them.

    what store did you attend ? was that before July?. one of the chat agent they have some technical issues since July. every agents story is different. i think i will return pixel phone.

    vodafone do esims.

    when purchasing from their online store ensure you setup an account during the order process.

    then you can manage the esim from within the account.

    i did actually. even got an order number. but order is getting cancelled later and not getting email with QR code.

    Go to the App - Device and SIM - Order a new SIM - ESIM.

    The entire process took me about 20min

    I’ve just tried it again and it lets me get past that stage.

    On their current €30 PAYG plan.

    Not working for me. I tried online and local Vodafone store. Their chat support and twitter support were no help either. I going to return the pixel phone .





  • Today I received by delivery an iPhone 14 Pro and trying to get my number from my old iPhone 11 onto new one is proving challenging. Will have to contact customer service tomorrow. New phone is asking for QR code/specific details “available on app” which they are not.

    have you tried ordering a new esim and using the QR code from that on the new phone?
