Board insulation or foil insulation roll

Hi all, I'm having the tiles replaced on the roof of my house. I'll be upgrading the insulation as well. I'm wondering what is better, board insulation (celotex etc,.) or the rolls of foil backed like SF19+ etc,. Hi all,
I'm having the tiles replaced on the roof of my house. I'll be upgrading the insulation as well. I'm wondering what is better, board insulation (celotex etc,.) or the rolls of foil backed like SF19+ etc,. sf19 comes with a bba agrement cert (UK cert) and on page 7 it says that you must use extra insulation (cleotex type) to meet the building regulations .
