eir Smart Hub WiFi interfering with Guest Wifi connectivity.

    We have set up a Guest Wifi. We also set up an eir Smart Hub WiFi mesh.

    However, when the mesh is on, devices connected to the Guest Wifi lose connectivity, but are ok if switched to the main Wifi account. We have already changed the modem, an F3000, and changed channels on the modem. if the mesh is turned off again, the devices can re-connect to the Guest Wifi. Speaking with eir, they have not seen this happen before and are escalating this to another tech team.

    Has anyone had this problem or can offer any advice. Thanks
