Looking at the reviews on google it has a physical store

Google listing (in Carrickfergus) has photos and says "Come and visit our newly opened walk-In store".

Streetmaps photos are from 3 years ago, presumably before it was open.

I went searching for that shop along Knocnagun Rd in Newmarket-on-Fergus and after a long search, failed to find it.

No signs for it anywhere. I ended up in Shannon Free Zone.

Maybe do something completely mad and give them a call on the phone using one of the three numbers right at the top of the webpage.

It's at Monument Cross. At the S bend in the road you were on, there's a garage in the same yard.
