Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I have an insurance premium that is charged annually on my debit card. I don’t want to renew it this year. How do I go about ensuring the payment doesn’t go through this year. I am having difficulty getting through to the company to comply.

    Thanks

    Hi there, thanks for your post here.

    If this is a card subscription then you can cancel it online via the link below;

    https://bit.ly/3qz3yMp

    If it is a direct debit payment (SEPA DD) then you can also cancel this payment online by logging into your online banking and select Payments and then Direct Debits and then Cancel Direct Debit Payment.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks, Eve
