• Go to SKy's contact page: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-ireland
• Choose the area you want to talk to them about (TV, broadband, etc).
• Click on a help guide (doesn't matter what).
• Scroll down the bottom, and click on "Yes, I still need help"
• Click on "I'd like to get in touch"
• Click on "Ready to get in touch"
• Click on "I'd prefer to get in touch"
• You'll finally get options to contact them on FB, SMS and WhatsApp.
