    Hi all

Never seen this happen before. A very set pattern of flickering. Started last week. Appreciate any comments. Thanks.

Ah here, give us a clue!

Is it on a dimmer? Is it a dimmable bulb? Is it switched on or off? Does the flashing differ if other devices are on or off? If it's on a dimmer, is it specifically a LED dimmer?

Some of those LED's flash when there is some residual current in the mains cables or when the dimmer is outputting less voltage than the LED needs to switch on, or outputting noisy voltage, or when the string is over-subscribed with LED's. Other than the last condition, for most of those cases you can fit what's called an LED bypass to the circuit to increase the load slightly on the dimmer and this removes the flashing.

Some LED-specific dimmers also have an adjustable minimum brightness, such as with the vPro dimmer, and this may eliminate that flashing if the LED is turned down low but not fully off.

Sorry. Didn’t make it easier for you.

Its in the kitchen. One switch links to two light bulbs. One bulb is what you see. The other is a led strip with a transformer that’s been in place for the past 6 years.

does that provide any more light on the issue (I enjoyed that pun)

    Hi all

This problem is still happening. And now it’s just started to happen in my office. 3 x GU10 LEDs (3.5 W I think) on a normal switch.

In the kitchen the light fixture is also on the same loop which has a transformer attached to a string of LEDs. No problem for years - put the fixture in two years ago.

    Appreciate any helps thanks
