Is insurance still mad for new Spsv drivers ?

Will the insurance company insure you without named driver experience?

Has anybody gotten insurance lately or quotes ?

I recommend ringing taxi unions/companies. It may depend on location. Best is to get a few quotes.

Beware other cost of getting a taxi such as getting a meter installed, getting a car certified for use as a taxi, paying commission to multiple apps, hiring a radio or paying base fees.

There seems to be a shortage of taxis in Dublin at peak times such as late Friday & Saturday if that's your thing.

Rumours are they turn off all apps as they make more money collecting people off the street. The shortage may not be as much as stated, just the apps stop working at peak times.
