Clutch pedal sticking down

    Hi Folks any input appreciated.

    11 Mondeo, clutch went to floor while engaging 1st gear at start of journey. Was able to take off and engage gears by popping it up with my foot on way home, approx 60km, didnt get any better or worse in that time.

    Topped up the dot4 and it's coming back now but spongey I suppose. Has been spongey for a week or so I think. It's a noisy diesel but I didnt notice any new rattles or vibration at idle or engaging clutch, clutch and fly/w done just under 50k miles ago.

    Have yet to get under it but cant see any obvious leak from above. What should i be looking for? I'm by no means handy mechanically but would do service, pads myself. bleed it and hope for best?

    Looks like its leaking out from gear box or pipes attached, not good. Oil looked fresh/ clean also.
