Haier fridge freezer beeping noise

Can anyone help. Just bought a new haier fridge freezer and have finished installing it. Waited 2 hours to plug it in. Now it keeps beeping 3 times every 30 seconds. Doors are all closed. Its level etc.. any ideas folks? I swapped the way the door was opening and that's the only alteration I made to it. Model is haier…
