There aren't any. Parking is in such short supply that there is no reason to provide discounts. Quickpark is closed which has taken away about a third of all the spaces nearby.
You may find cheaper parking, albeit with much less frequent shuttle buses, at an outlying hotel e.g. the Metro or the Clayton, but I've not looked at their prices recently.
