Air in Cold Feed Tap

Hi all I have a well providing water for our home. I have an issue with air at the minute from the cold feed. I let it run, air does eventually run out and stop. All is good but then it could start again. When I let the air out there is no dip in pressure or anything like that or discolouration ? I checked the in pressure vessel it’s good, but could be the diaphragm on the pressure vessel. The blead screw on the cylinder is at top of tank, stopping water from escaping.

can anyone please help I I’m at wits end!

Sounds like water is draining back down to the well pump. submersible ?

Its not really good to have a cold feed directly from the pump, is it possible this is the case ?

I agree it does sound like that. Not return gone, pressure vessel taking water or the pressure control valve I think is gone. One of these things. Yeah it’s direct feed alright. Not great, wondering how much work is required to sort from tank.

Direct feed from pump to kitchen sink is normal and common.

Yeah it is but 2no bathrooms upstairs.
