Elgato Video Capture Crashing

    Not quite sure if I've this in the right place.

    I've a lot of old vcr tapes I want to digitise. I purchased the Elgato Video Capture device. I then downloaded the software. Upon processing the video after recording it on Elgato it crashes. I redownloaded the software etc.

    Has anyone had similar experience? Can other product software be downloaded?
