Commencement Notice online-proposed use of building?

    It's been a while since I completed a commencement Notice and am having difficulty doing one now. I am being asked; Proposed use of building. And the only option I am given is Residential (Dwellings). We got permission to build a garage separate from the existing house and so I cannot tick residential.

    I have emailed the Council for advice but that may take a week or two.

    I'm hoping someone out there has experience with this and can shed some light.

    The garage is ancillary to the main dwelling.

    Id consider it residential. Plus in the building description there’s an option for dwelling with detached garage.
