XX IOT XX I saw a Volvo SUV (XC90 or similar) with this registration, black type on a yellow background. It was a stamped metal plate rather than a plastic one the UK usually use. Nothing else to identify it. What's the story there? edit it's 10T

I'd say it's a standard UK plate just with just odd spacing and the metal pressed plates. 10 would be the year 2010 ish (they over/under lap a few months), here's an example of 2010 XC90 for sale in UK...
