Download icon on BBCSounds app?

    I'm in Ireland and can't now see the download icon on my phone when using the BBCSounds app - I used to be able to download to my phone but not any more seemingly?

    Is this why? From their FAQs - You can't download radio programmes on the BBC Sounds app from outside the UK. Again, this is due to rights restrictions.

    Do they mean You can't download radio programmes on the BBC Sounds app if/while outside the UK???
