Signing Contract

We have the approval in principle, placed the deposit and the contracts are issued to solicitor.There is a 21 days to sign the contract.But there is a delay from the Bank side to process the loan offer pack.So Should I be worried about that .Is there anything I can do about that

There should be a clause in contract that will cover you if the bank doesn't issue offer. If there isn't get your solicitor to insist on it.
