Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

    Hi,

We have an outside office consisting of two rooms and a toilet shower room, double doors, well insulated etc,

Its seperate to the house, a stand alone unit.

It is suitable to convert to student accommodation, and after reading about the shortage it has me thinking if it's worthwhile to convert to a mon to Friday digs type, or bedsit type setup.

I'm 35km from Athlone institute. Is that too far to commute for a student with a car? Taking jnto account they are probably further than that away from home already, eg if the are going to do 70kms each day from thr bedsit, the ideal Tennant would be from a lot further away for it to make sense to commute that distance.

    Any thoughts?
