Friday it started with a OV-ILLC fault on the Solis RHI inverter (RHI-5K-48ES), after a while i succeeded to lose the error, but now the Pylontech battery stays at approx. 50%. It changes still between status Charge / Discharge but at a rate of max. 0,02kW (switches between 0,005 and 0,02kW). Can anyone offer help in this?

according to the manual, for fault code OV-ILLC, it says to 'restart inverter'. did you get a 'stop & restart system' handover document from your installer when they commissioned the system?

    but I'd suggest emailing euservice@solisinverters.com

I find the EU support team very responsive, give them your inverter serial number (label on side of inverter), they will be able to log in and check it for you.

Yes, i stopped and restarted the system, by doiing that i cleared the fault, but since then the battery won't charge / discharge with the right power amount. I had contact this morning with my installer and someone from Solis will come over, because the DC-side get's blown trough every time (4th replacement of the inverter) and they think it is the case again and will investigate what is goiing on.

How did your problem get solved?

Did any of panels needed to be replaced due to short circuit or insulation resistance faults ?
