Waiting Time for Statement of Liability ???

Hi all, I filed a Paper Form 11 Return for 2021 on 27/07. I haven't heard (or received) anything back yet from Revenue. In previous years I would get a Statement of Liability within 2 weeks or so. Are things moving slower this year, or could there be some other reason for this delay ? It seems that the Revenue phone lines…

Are things moving slower this year, or could there be some other reason for this delay ?
It seems that the Revenue phone lines are only open between 9:30am and 1:30pm. I am usually working during these hours and it's hard to make any private phone calls.
