Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Aer Lingus Payment issue

    Has anyone had a situation where the Aer Lingus webpage and app refuse any of their payment methods. I am trying to book flights costing just over 5k and I keep geting a processing error when I try to use any of my cards, I can't even use apple pay on the app. I have checked with the bank and there is no issues there, I even get the push alert from the bank to approve the payment. It's really odd, and EI support are less than helpful. I have no issues anywhere else with my cards.

    I had this with aer lingus. For me it it was that my street name needed to be in address field 1 AND then the house number in address field 2.

    Like yourself was onto the bank and it was a complete balls till I randomly decided to split the address over separate lines.
