Cooker in a Retail License

    We have an Ice Cream shop that currently trades out of a unit with a retail license. We are looking to add a small cooker in the unit to bake some fresh cookies daily. Is this possible under this license does anyone know? I am assuming you dont need a restaurant license for this do you?

    That is no issue. Its an ancillary use.
