This should be great fun. I think you'll see attempts at a break early and then more serious attempts from about 50km into the stage. I think it's going to be mental with Jumbo trying to watch whose going in the breaks. It's hard to see any other team helping them in these early stages.

I'll go for Higuita to win it if the break gets caught. If it doesn't then it could be anybody.

Think it'll be a day for the break as Jumbo wont want Rog in red immediately. Few random punts for the day - Champoussin, Hirt, Villela, Bevin, Bizkarra

First opportunity for some of the main GC riders who lost time in the TTT to maybe get some time back although it might not be hard enough. Still I think they have to try. The cat 3 near the end looks to be the best opportunity.

Lutsenko in the break and Bora pulling according to the tracker.

Sam still up front with the team with 2km to go on this Cat 2 climb. His climbing style looks so agricultural at times 😂

Cartlon having a mental breakdown reading the translation of the Rodriguez interview.

Sam still up there near the front, looks like he will go for the intermediate sprint

Looks like he had a flat during the sprint, shame

Not bringing the break back in time was a bit of a mistake, Bora got it back to 15s, then backed off and/or Mullen & Koch were cooked, if they kept going he'd have got at worst 17pts

EDIT: Maybe he had the puncture for a while...

Primoz at his finest. Fair play to Pedersen hanging in there, anyone else and I think he would’ve rounded them and taken the stage

Will make for a great side plot to the race like TdF 2020

Roglic looked fantastic today. You can't be confident though because of his recent injury history.

I ended up eating my casquette after Cavendish won the Green Jersey at the TdF (although I stand by my commentary that if some top level sprinters had turned up or survived, he hadn't a hope).
