    Hi all

    Im looking to buy a good bottle of hennessys as a gift. Any recommendations for a hennessy loving friend. Not sure of the budget as yet though but more than your supermarket price.

    Would love a personalised bottle but I can't find anywhere online that can do it. I can find places that do personalised labels but not provide the bottle as well.

    VSOP or XO, depending on budget.

    A good bottle shop might be able to advise on some more contemporary expressions that may be of interest, too.

    Hennessy VS is the standard stuff you'll see in most shops. After that its VSOP => XO => Paradis => Richard Hennessy.

    It gets very expensive, very quickly as you move up the chain. XO is probably the sweet spot in terms of "nicer than the usual but not crazy money".
