Don't want to fly, and wondering about one-way trip to London. Anyway of getting a bargain combining Travel pass with Eurolines and/or rail in U.K.

Sail/Rail is your best bet though Bus Éireann have re-started their bus trips to London now also.

This (above) is UK based but sets out the system, just do it backwards.

No sense to Landbridge for single , traveling light. €9.99 and 40 minutes takes me to Liverpool. Will do the train & bus for the rest of my UK travel. No rushing involved in this trip. Thanks all

If you're still planning to go to London then Birmingham is a good airport to fly into - directly on the train line, much more direct and frequent than Liverpool and both Aer Lingus and Ryanair fly multiple times per day. Make sure to look at https://www.gwr.com/ or https://www.thetrainline.com/ for train tickets which can be very expensive.

Oh and make sure to look at train ticket prices when booking flights, no point getting a cheap flight at 7am when that means the train will be more expensive.
