Real Estate course & career

    Hi , I'm wondering if anyone here has an answer for me.


    I am looking to go for my real estate license. Issue is, I have seen 3 different answers regarding the course I should go for. I have seen Level 5 will work, only Level 6 will work and also that you don't even need a college qualification to get employed in that field.

    Im assuming you do need a qualification, can anyone recommend me a college to go with, if anyone knows anyone doing part-time, evening, online or even hybrid as all I can see is full time.
