    Hi.

    I bought 3 lengths of 400mm window board (150 a length!)

4.2m lengths which were loaded in to my van uncut.

They were way too big/heavy to fit upstairs so carpenter cut to rough legths and now I see the are 300mm and not 400 as ordered.

Do I have a right to return these for correct ones?

    Thanks.

Edited - I misread your question first time.

However, no, once its cut its your problem, you are supposed to check it before you cut.

Really its the carpenters fault, no way can I see that you have any claim against the seller.

Wake me up when it's all over.

Oh well done them! They didn't have to, do you want to name and appreciate? 😀
