Help required Solis rai inverter

    Hi been involved in solar for 12 years but first time fitting a rai solis inverter for a dyness battery . Existing solar already in

    no faults on inverter , everythin normal but inverter not charging or discharging . Got it online onto Solis cloud . Inverter online but showing zero for everything


    any help appreciated

    Are the red dip switches on the battery in the correct position for solis? 1 down, 2 down, 3 up, 4 down? (Down is the switch pulled down to the number)

    yes as I had can failure to start then realised I had forgot to change dipswitch 3 to on
