Suggestion for Hotel in Madrid Centre

Would any of you well-travelled folk out there have any suggestions for a very good hotel in Madrid Centro?

This is in the top two or three hotels I’ve stayed in…stayed here twice…

for a Radisson it generally has good, competitive rates… 3 minute walk to the metro and it’s on very quiet and relaxed street with shops and nice bars a short walk away.

beside a metro, nice hotel but a busier area.

Seems it's too late, but Hotel Urban is lovely and a 3 min walk from Sol in the center
